All our business information and performance management systems are designed to improve operational efficiency by integrating applications for managing budgets, sales and marketing, sales order processing, business finances and employee performance into one single piece of software.

Viability Assessment
The Viability Assessment is designed primarily for pre-start businesses and is incorporated within our on-line business planning system to set parameters for the number of orders needed to cover the running costs of a business and generate sufficient profits to meet domestic and lifestyle requirements.
Whilst the primary application for the viability assessment is fro pre-starts, it can equally be used by existing businesses to establish commercial parameters fro taking anew product to market.
Profit Planner
The Profit Planner software is designed to identify options for improving business profitability and is used in our information and performance management systems sales and profit targets for operating budgets.
Profit Planner works on the principle that there are only limited options available for changing business profitability:
- Either: Increase sales volume and/or selling price.
- And/or: Reduce costs
Profit Planning enable you to evaluate the impact of increasing sales and reducing costs on business profitability and to decide the combination that matches your market opportunities and operational capabilities.
Job Costing
Job Costing is incorporated within all our software applications and used for estimating and financial planning.
Action Plan
Action Plan provides an ideal way set-up your ‘To do list’ and managing your time efficiently by prioritising and keeping track of all the actions you pick up on a day to day basis.
