Customer Request

A customer makes a request to book an appointment stating preferred

  • Date and time
  • Staff member
  • Service required

Staff Appointment Diary

The appointment diary for the preferred staff member is checked for availability

  • If available, the appointment is booked
  • If not available a search for alternative appointment times is made and options offered to the customer
  • The options include different dates for the preferred staff member of alternative staff members with availability at the original date and time requested
  • Booked appointments are confirmed by e-mail or text
  • The system logs the service requested, date and time of appointment, time allocated and price for reporting purposes
